Payments and Order Processing
- Due to the weight and dimensions of many fridges, we are required to give personalised freight quotes. We will get back to you within the next working day with your freight cost.
- All prices listed are in Australian dollars and include 10% G.S.T. We are unable to sell internationally.
- Paid orders will be processed and despatched within 3 days of receipt during business working days, Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm). We shall email you within the 3 days to confirm processing and despatch of your order, advising estimated time of delivery and courier tracking number (if available).
- Standard delivery is between 3-7 working days.
- All orders will be sent to a residential or business address only. When goods are despatched a delivery tracking number will be provided. Please be aware we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
- Please note that someone is required to be at the nominated delivery address to sign for the delivery of the goods or advise a safe place to leave in the delivery instructions box (at your own risk). Deliveries will take place between 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Please understand the Courier Company cannot telephone prior to delivery of goods. Should you not be in attendance at the nominated delivery address and no instructions are left, a calling card will be left, advising of the attempted delivery. You are then able to contact the number provided to arrange a suitable time and date for delivery that suits you.
- It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
- If any box/carton is damaged, please open immediately and advise us at email@example.com or on 1300 856 050 of any damage. If possible please indicate on the delivery consignment note.
- Warranty provided is from the manufacturer. This does vary between manufacturers.
